Hey everyone, I've recently hit a roadblock in learning new music and can't seem to get myself back into playing. Ive learned songs like Classical Gas by Mason Williams, Fur Elise by Beethoven, Charlie James by Big Bill Broonzy, Greensleeves, Demons by Imagine Dragons solo arrangement, Dust in the Wind by Kansas, Blackbird by the Beatles, and Broken by Seether. Today is my last final (thank god) and I'd love to have some solo arrangements, honestly anything beautiful sounding and acoustic really, to learn over break. I personally enjoy playing classical and blues music, but in the end, I just like to have beautiful music whether there are lyrics or not since I can't sing and I only play for me.
Any help or recommendations would be greatly appreciated and I'll do my best to reply to everyone once I'm out of my exam. Thanks in advanced! EDIT: About to take my exam now, thank you all for the responses thus far! To clarify really quickly, my guitar has steel strings although I do like playing songs that are generally played on nylons and I'll hopefully be getting a nylon strung guitar soon! That first song is absolutely fucking awesome! I honestly can't wait to start learning it, although I definitely will need to train my ring & pinky a bit better for picking so I can keep up with that tempo.
Tommy Emmanuel I should've looked up, I've seen him on youtube before. Definitely want to learn Daytripper, it sounds sick! Download lagu sempurna andra and the backbone versi akustik. El Vaquero is way out of my current range of talent in all honesty. Not a huge fan of learning Bach in all honesty, I feel like I've heard a majority of his songs so many times amongst Youtube videos for some reason. I don't own an electric guitar currently & I can't find a tab for anything other than it for Vivaldi. Canarios is great though, I love the run-on scaling, definitely adding that to my list as well.
Thanks for the great response!
